Hi, I’m Grace Morrison! Music is the only job I’ve ever had. I’ve been a piano teacher, choral director, Renaissance Faire musician, and now I’m a full-time singer-songwriter (which is really the reason I got into music in the first place :-D ).

When I was little I was terrified of other people. I literally hid behind my mother and stuck my head under her shirt if people approached me. Until I discovered the piano! Music changed everything for me.
Since then I’ve released 6 albums, toured the country, opened for Shawn Mullins, wrote with Lori McKenna and sang backup for Eddie Money.
Since I’m just a stranger on the internet…

I consider myself a bit of a “slow burn”. It took me years to become comfortable with other humans, and it took me years to find *my* artistic voice. And now I have it. I call my sound Saltwater Country-a tribute to the place I call home (our town’s slogan is ‘Gateway to Cape Cod’). If you dig storytelling, pop-tinged countryish music, I think I’m your girl. And my songs are super catchy (so if you like that kinda thing….again I think I’m your girl!)

Here’s the thing-the music business is HARD! Especially if you’re an independent artist. Historically, major labels controlled the entire thing-but social media gives us little guys a fighting chance! This is my way of finding people who connect to the songs I write. My hope is that you’ll hear my music, it’ll speak to you, and we can stay connected because I have a LOT of music to share and I tour around the country ALL THE TIME!
